Hounddale is a small, curated shop of at-home beauty and wellness devices.

We don’t manufacture. We don’t warehouse. We’re a two-person edit — we spend our time finding well-designed at-home beauty tech, testing it, and putting the pieces we’d actually keep on our own counter into a single small catalog.

How the model works

We work with a small set of vetted manufacturers who make the devices we carry. When you place an order, it ships directly from the closest supplier warehouse to your door. That’s called a dropship model, and we say it plainly because it’s part of why we can:

• Keep the catalog small. No container of inventory to move before we can stop selling something that isn’t good enough. If it stops clearing the brief, it comes off the shop.
• Keep prices honest. No retail rent, no warehouse lease, no returns floor being subsidized by every buyer.
• Say no to a lot. Most of what’s sold online is the same handful of factories with different names on the box. We pick the units that are built better, spec’d honestly, and priced fairly — and pass on the rest.

What we curate for

Every device we carry has to clear a short brief:

• Quiet. No buzzing, no menus that shout at you.
• Precise. Does one thing well, not five things badly.
• Worth keeping. Build quality and design you’d choose to leave out on the counter.

That’s why the shop has around fifteen products instead of five hundred.

How we run it

• No subscriptions. Everything is a one-time purchase. No refills, no auto-shipments, no recurring charges.
• US shipping only. Free on orders over $79, flat $6.99 otherwise. Orders process in 1–3 business days; standard delivery is 5–8 business days from there.
• 30-day returns. Sealed device that isn’t for you? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Damaged, defective, or wrong on arrival? A photo to notify@hounddale.com is enough — we replace or refund on the spot, no return required.
• Real email support. Real inbox, real reply, usually within one business day.

What we’re not

• Not a big-box retailer competing on selection.
• Not a subscription brand in retail’s clothing.
• Not a factory or a warehouse — we’re an edit.
• Not trying to convince you that you need seven devices to have a skincare routine.
